The body of a longtime Indiana University business professor was found before dawn Monday near the Fee Lane parking garage on campus.
Police said they didn’t suspect foul play in the death of 64-year-old Timothy Baldwin, who was found dead at 5:57 a.m. on the south side of the Fee Lane parking garage adjacent to IU’s Kelley School of Business.
Baldwin had worked for IU since 1987. At the time of his death, he held the Randall L. Tobias Chair in Leadership in the Kelley School of Business Management and Entrepreneurship and was faculty liaison to the executive degree programs.
Monroe County Coroner Joani Stalcup said Baldwin died by suicide.
